This is a unique opportunity to rent out 2 apartments right next door to each other consisting of 6 bedrooms together to cater for work groups, family and friends.

The space
6 bedroom, 4 bathroom within 2 self contained 3 bedroom apartments across 3 stories. One is on top of the other. One 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with a courtyard and one 3 bedroom apartment right above on level 1 with a roof top terrace.
Essentials including unlimited wifi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. A washing machine/dryer is also available for you to use.
The bedding configuration is as follows:
Unit 1:
- Room 1: Queen bed
- Room 2: King bed
- Room 3: 2 x King Single beds
Unit 2:
- Room 4: Queen bed

2 x Living Room in Dining area with Sofa bed each - extra bedding and linen in 2nd room cabinet of each unit.

The magnificent tallest tower in Sydney and the surrounding Barangaroo precinct is being built on the waterfront at Barangaroo which may have construction noise during the daytime only. Being right in the middle of Sydney you may also hear the hum of the city.

You still get the peace and quiet living in a local neighbourhood while basking in the historically rich precinct where every street has it's own wiki page. One of the safest, well lit, low crime neighbourhoods in Sydney.
