You’ll have the guest suite to yourself.
Our guests will experience a relaxed, peaceful, and quiet environment during their stay. The suite backs up to a wooded area with a small creek. Neighboring homes are spread out enough to enjoy the serene surroundings however, the location is not far from the charming downtown area of Kingston Springs. Our family consists of me, my husband Vince, a very friendly dog Figaro, and two cats, Jocelyn and Cece. We live upstairs and will be available for any questions or concerns.

The space
This is a basement suite with a full bathroom, a kitchenette, a small living room, and a king size bed that converts into two twin beds.

Guest access
There is a private entrance at the back of the property, which does allow for late check-in availability when needed. Please indicate if your arrival is later than 8:00 pm and we will try to accommodate.

Other things to note
Kingston Springs is a hilly area so we do recommend adhering to the local speed limits as we do have several different types of beautiful wildlife that we share the area with; wild turkey, deer, coyote, fox, armadillo, and more than our fair share of squirrels and possum.

Kingston Springs, Tennessee, United States

Our neighborhood is made up of homes that are spread out and we have the best of both worlds. It feels as if we're out in the country but we are close to a great deal of amenities. We are surrounded by many outdoor possibilities for recreation. This area is a great place for hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and swimming enthusiasts.
Kingston Springs has a unique downtown area featuring our town's favorite eateries; the local farmers provide the delicious ingredients that make up the menu at Skyking Pizza and if your idea of fun is a beer and live music, The Fillin' Station features American fare and a laid back atmosphere. Don't forget about dessert! Sweet T's Gelato offers an assortment of desserts, milk shakes, delicious homemade soups, and snacks.
Other attractions include LL Burns park for walking, running, picnicking, Frisbee golf, and features a playground and water park for children. Our local dog park at the Kingston Springs Town Park has two large enclosed areas with a walking trail located at the back of the park, and also river access for canoeing and kayaking.
