Come enjoy the peaceful McConkie Ranch, home to the iconic McConkie Ranch Petroglyphs. This unique property offers a quiet ranch setting in the beautiful Dry Fork Canyon. The guest house provides a spacious setting for families to relax and explore all the area has to offer! The apartment is attached to the guest suite and basement which both have renters but offers private parking and a private entry on the opposite side of the house. Soak in the breathtaking views from the private deck.

The space
The spacious property offers an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen is stocked with most things you'd need to cook your meals. The large dining table provides seating for 6 with two pull out leaves for extra space. The living room has three loveseat couches with a TV and Roku available for downtime relaxing. There is an office space and wifi, however this is a canyon so the wifi can occasionally cut out. The three private bedrooms are furnished with new mattresses and each provides its own beautiful view of the ranch and canyon. In two of the rooms there are queen beds. In the third bedroom there is a full bed. We also have a twin bed in the smaller room. Parking and entry is located on the opposite side from the smaller AirBnB property, the Restful Ranch Guest Suite. The large deck is divided with a privacy wall to allow for both properties to have their own private deck space. The deck has a large outdoor table and chairs and propane grill to cookout and enjoy the beautiful views. The road to the property is a packed dirt road and is well maintained in all seasons though you may experience some snow and mud in the winter and spring. The property is on a well which is safe for bathing and washing and drinking water is provided. The apartment is attached to a basement and side guest suite, both currently contain long term renters however all entrances are private and no one has access to each other’s space. The McConkie Ranch is a very unique area located just outside the town of Vernal. The popular McConkie Ranch Petroglyphs are less than a mile from the property. The quiet private family ranch is backed up to BLM land which allows guests the oppurtunity to explore beautiful trails in every season. The canyon is also home to many other hiking and biking trails as well as a fun park for the whole family.
