Nestled amongst the Central Otago hills, on the door step of the lake this house has 180 degree views of the mountains and lake all day long making this property a cut above the rest. Large open plan living, perfect for entertaining. Stunning kitchen and two large lounge areas, make the perfect spot for a large family holiday. Dropping directly down onto the newly established cromwell cycle trail from the expansive deck surrounding this property you can walk or cycle right around the lake and past all the holiday hotspots. Located in Cromwell itself you are walking distance to the town and local cafes and restaurants.

A beautiful master suite with lake views and ensuite, 2 other tastefully appointed double rooms, and 2 large single rooms (one with stunning lake views) and a separate family bathroom with separate toilet, full laundry and a large spa pool on the dek make this home perfect for family groups. This home has been finished to the highest quality and has everything you need. A stunning lodge style fire for winter and 2 heat pumps for winter heating or summer cooling. Perfect for a winter ski holiday with Wanaka and Qeenstown only a 40 minute drive away or a sunfilled summer holiday in the Central Otago sun. This is our family home, however we leave it very minimal for guests and you will have plenty of space and we will not disturb you.
