Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here.
All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen.
Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.

The space
The space is warm, cosy and professional. Very clean and tidy and you have amazing views to relax and enjoy mountains, rocks, climbers and have freedom to exercise. You have space to think and contemplate. If, you need to have a business meeting or engage with work this is also a lovey space. A great place to unravel!

We have recently moved from Christchurch. We own and operate a helicopter business in Christchurch. My husband works full time as a Helicopter Engineer Manager at the Wanaka Airport and I operate our business remotely from Wanaka. We have a 16 yr old girl, 12 year old boy and 14 year old boy and all attending schools in Wanaka. We have two adored cats. We have such a beautiful property I am sure you will feel completely relaxed once you have stayed.

30 minute walk to the top of Mt Iron and 2.1 km to the river if you feel like a swim and 1.9 km to Puzzle world from the Guest House.

My husband and I have recently moved from Christchurch 2019. Dave works here in Wanaka as a aircraft engineer. He is loving the mountain biking, time with the family and restoring his car and truck. I am settling into the Wanaka life, walking up Mt Iron most days, settling the children, managing the Airbnb, meeting amazing people, and work remotely for and at Heli Maintenance as Director & Operations which my husband and I own. It is definitely a different pace of life and the fresh air is just WOW!
