Sensational 2 bedroom property, stylish fit out, quiet location, directly opposite Perth's famous Zoo. Use feet power to discover the South Perth foreshore, catch a ferry across to Perth or stroll along the beautiful river accessing it from your direct entrance. Washing machine (with extra big dryer in the complex - coin operated), the dryer in the apartment is currently out of order. Dishwasher, plenty of storage, fully equipped kitchen with far more thought put into your every need than most. Reserved secure car bay, ground floor apartment with a beautiful courtyard or access to the communal BBQ area with river views. If you haven't seen the Perth foreshore at night you are in for a amazing treat in this perfectly maintained and loved property.

Key and fobs are collected from our office at 76 Edward Street Perth, access to this lock box is 24 hour , keys must be returned to that lock box on leaving or a fee will be charged to your bond, should you need us to organise a meet and greet on site there will be an extra charge of $40 2pm to 6pm and $60 6 pm to 9 pm.

Nothing was a bother and Delma went out of her way, literally, to help me furnish a house and find a gardener to quickly bring the property into the Air BnB realm. The transformation was remarkable. Delma listened carefully to the task at hand and responded with enthusiasm, a knowledgeable plan and “kept me in the communication loop” which I really valued.
