The front desk will require a refundable $100 security deposit at check in (debit or credit card only).
We offer one full set of towels for each guest in the unit for your use. Please kindly note that we will not be replacing your towels during your stay. The front desk does offer towel service for fee, please inquire directly with the front desk.
Kindly remember this is South Beach - it is a never ending party. You might be bothered by partying neighbors during Spring Break & on weekend nights.

The property is in a historic Art Deco building in the heart of South Beach (8th Street and Washington Ave). It is only 1.5 blocks from retail shopping on Collins Ave and 2.5 short blocks to the Beach and world famous Ocean Drive.

Check in is easy with the 24 hour front desk; they will give you the key cards to my studio.

We are one of the rare properties in South Beach that is legal and licensed for Airbnb & VRBO by the city of Miami Beach!

We have several studios in the building - message us if you need more studios for friends!

The space
Enjoy the convenience of a great location in a clean and quiet updated 1 bedroom condo! The building is no frills, but you can't beat the location for the price. It's located inside a hotel - which also means you get access to a 24 hours front desk ( say you lost your key at the beach...).

It's just been renovated too! While it is 460 sqft, you can comfortably enjoy a luxurious queen size bed, a bistro size table and chairs, a full kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, toaster, basic silverware & glasses, sink, mini fridge (there's an ice machine on the Solarium), cool (new) Air Conditioning, a large closet, and hospitality soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash (you're not likely to see this in many other rentals, they often make you bring your own toilet paper)!

Please note the queen bed is in the living area of the condo ( the living space, kitchen, table are in one area, the bedroom on the other side with the bathroom in between both spaces). The bedroom features 2 brand new Casper brand twin beds!

For our friends and guests unfamiliar with short term rentals, this is a non-serviced property (i.e. no daily cleaning or breakfast included, coffee is not replenished daily).

Given the general party atmosphere in town, please note that our location tends to attract party goers in the building and the vicinity.

There is no parking on the premises but there is a public parking lot 1.5 blocks away.

There’s even a convenience store, bar, and restaurant on the ground level and so many more within minutes :)
You're 2 blocks from the beach, yet so many convenient shops are on the block: restaurants, cafes, liquor shop, bike rentals. Also, as you walk towards the beach you'll find great retail stores.

There's a great place for breakfast on Ocean drive called News Cafe.

You're in walking distance of Espaniola Way - a pedestrian way full of restaurants AND Lincoln Road - a pedestrian way with many, many retailers, restaurants and bars.

On a separate note, please remember this is South Beach where there is a never ending party. You might be bothered by neighbors on Friday and Saturday nights coming home pretty late.

During your stay
Guests will receive the key cards from the front desk, just like a hotel. Please be aware guests must be 21 and older to access the studio and make the reservation. This will be enforced by the on site management.

This is a private unit inside a hotel building. A local manager is on call 24 hours/ day for emergencies, and available for non-emergencies during normal business hours.

Check in is at 4PM and is easy: just go to the front desk, show your identification and ask for the property key card! Check out is 11AM and late check outs are usually not possible.
