Medium double bedroom to rent in a beautiful 3 bedroom flat apartment with terrace and 2 balconies. Comes fully furnished and you'll share the flat with 3 lovely & easy going People (2 sisters and 1 brother - Bolivians).
They're really quiet, respectful, studying & working.

We are not a party house but really enjoy to have a glass or two.
Very convenient location, 5min walk to UTS and Broadway Shopping center, 10min walk to Central station and 5mins to Broadway Shopping Center.

The space
Looking for a clean person that respect the hourserules, which are simple:
tidy after yourself, no shoes in the house (clean carpet) and respect fo flatmates.
