New purpose built studio. Clean, fresh and light, double glazing and insulation. Private with own entrance and off street parking. Popular Raumati Beach ( safe swimming, surf casting, water sports) is down a shared driveway one minute away. There is a small deck and sunny outdoor seating area. The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.

The space
Queen bed, sheets, pillows and seasonal bedding - duvet, cotton coverlet, wool blanket available. Tea and coffee provided, but no cooking facilities. There is a mini fridge in the studio. Bathroom has toilet, shower, basin, heated towel rail. Wi-Fi is available for guests. There is a small seating area with two chairs and a small coffee table. If wanted, we can provide a table and chair for a compact work station. There is a tv and radio. We have a wooden coat rack for hanging clothes and some hooks by the door. Beach towels available on request.

Where you’ll be

Paraparaumu, Wellington, New Zealand

Raumati Beach shopping centre (boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, pub) only 6-7 minutes walk. A short walk to the newly opened Te Raukura Ki Kapiti, centre for the performing arts. The well known Marine Gardens are five minutes walk north (children's playground, model trains, rose garden, picnic areas). Queen Elizabeth park (tram museum, picnic areas, surf club) 12kms south. Kapiti Island which is at our door, is a well known and unique bird santuary and nature reserve. A number of operators, offer a variety of pre-booked nature tours, including overnight stays and fishing expeditions. Other Kapiti Coast attractions include Nga Manu bird santuary (Waikanae, approx 10 kms north) and Southwards Car Museum (Paraparaumu 6kms north).
