Self-Contained Luxury 1 Bedroom Studio Cottage with queen size bed. Please NOTE, due to Council rules the Kitchenette DOES NOT have a sink. There are cooking facilities with a bench top hot plate, convention microwave, jug, fridge, cooking utensils & cutlery. The cottage has an en suite and log burner. Free wifi, apple TV, BBQ, onsite parking & private entrance & bikes available for guests use. Close to bike tracks, river & local tavern, 5km from Wanaka

The space
Completed in 2017, the self-contained 1 bedroom studio Cottage with en suite has been finished with meticulous detail, offering guests a special experience. Unfortunately, due to Council rules, we are unable to install a kitchen sink in the studio.
Extremely cosy in the winter with your own log burner. Top of the line mattress ensures extra comfort for a great nights sleep. There is also a BBQ & bikes available for guests use, wifi, apple TV and onsite car parking for added security. Close to the river & bike tracks, 5km from Wanaka.

A few minutes’ walk to the river these cottages are a fisherman's dream! The beautiful tracks leading to Wanaka, Hawea and Luggate are also a few minutes’ walk away from the front gate. If you love Mountain biking then you can't get much better, with a choice of 5 different tracks, including the Hikuwai loop just opposite in the reserve. If you fancy a good work out, Mt Iron is around the corner, and of course Cardrona and Treble Cone ski fields are 40 min drive away. Albert Town offers a local shop, gourmet fish and chip takeaway, a Fish restaurant, the recently refurbished Prince Albert pub and the infamous Double Black cafe. Wanaka is a seven minute drive (approx 5 km), close enough to enjoy and far enough to escape!
