I´m renting my home, a modern and high-quality oceanfront property. The house is fully equipped Scandinavian design Villa completed in 2012 and located on a large propety by the eastern Gulf of Finland. Enjoy the magnificent view and unique nature! Only one hour driving from Helsinki.

The space
There is three separate buildings in the plot: Villa 158m2, Beach sauna 25m2 and a Summerhouse. In the Villa there are 2 bedrooms ja in the upstairs there is a two single beds. At the “Summerhouse” there is one separate room with bunk bed. So accomodation for a total of 8 person.
Outdoor equipment included smoker, barbercue, ring cooker with a paella pan. The rent also include a rowing boat without a motor. There are fantastic fishing opportunities nearby and from the dock. Gas for ring cooker and firewoods include.
The house is surrounded with large forests and open sea. In Finland everyone can freely walk around in nature and for example pick up berries and mushrooms. You find nice walking and biking paths starting from the house. The house is located on a hillside, but there is also a flat lawn for summer games and so on. The shore has a breakwater and a dock. The view is magnificent, you can even see the island of Suursaari in Russian side.
