The wife and I had such a great time staying at Shawn’s place. Super close to Abbot Kinney and all the good foodie spots. Highly recommend!

Nice place. Stylish and clean. Beds are very comfortable and have very nice sheet sets. Location isn’t perfect for walking, but it is nicely placed between Santa Monica and Venice. It would still be very easy to get around via Uber or even if you had a rental bike.

I'm sorry about the issues you encountered with the cleaning and the WiFi. The Wifi is generally VERY reliable and I have never had anyone complain about it. Not sure why you guys had issues but this is not normal at all. In regards to the cleaning I have taken this issue up with the cleaners and I think this occurred because as you know I got you an early check in which you asked for after your morning flight. I suspect the cleaners may have been rushed a bit in your case as a result and that's why you found the towels in the dryer and the place a little dusty. This is definitely not usually the case and most people comment how clean it is! My apologies and I hope to make it up to you in the future! Shawn

Hi Cassie. I'm really sorry about this and this is totally unacceptable and unusual by my standards. This was not my normal cleaning crew and this crew filled in when my usual cleaners had an emergency. Towels should DEFINITELY have been clean and not even stained as I replace them quite often for that reason. My apologies if one or the other occurred somehow. In regards to the deep cleaning, the sofa and rug are being professionally steam cleaned tomorrow so future guests will not experience this. This is a regular part of the cleaning routine anyways and was on the schedule for the near future but I just did it right away after your review and you pointing out the immediate need. The vents are also being cleaned and will be so for future guests. I'm really sorry for this and I am refunding you two nights stay as I always want my guests to feel happy with their stay and I take this very seriously. My sincerest apologies. Shawn
