The space
The cottage boasts an alfresco balcony perfect for outdoor dining. Inside you will find an air-conditioned open concept living area with comfy lounging couches, a SMART TV with Netflix & YouTube, High Speed WiFi, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, a/c unit, ceiling fan and closet.
The bathroom boasts on-demand hot water for relaxing showers after a fun day of activity.

The caretaker, lives on the property with his 2 dogs, Buddy and Blondie, to assist you during your stay. There are 2 cabanas and the cottage on the property for rent.
Our cottage is located on 400ft of oceanfront beach, just a bike or car ride away from the charming fisherman's village of Placencia Town where you will find many local shops, restaurants and beach bars. We are a 5 minute walk along the beach from luxury resorts like Laru Beya, Robert's Grove & Itzana where you can enjoy a meal or a tropical cocktail.
