Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
A sunny Victorian house tucked away in a small terrace, close enough to walk into Canterbury City Centre but without the crowds. There are 3 bedrooms and off-street parking. The house is ideally located less than 10 minutes walk to Canterbury Cathedral and 10 minutes walk the other way to Kent University. Canterbury West train station (7 mins walk) has a fast train line to London (55 minutes). Royal St George's Golf club is 30 minutes away by car. The nearest beach is just 15 minutes drive away.

The space
The house has 3 double bedrooms (2 kingsize beds and 1 double), an upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room, a well appointed kitchen, separate dining room, lounge, gardens to front and back and unusually for being so close to town, off street parking for two cars.

We are both recently retired from working in children’s services in the local authority . We love to travel and have enjoyed extended trips to Asia and we are planning to do more this year closer to home . Portugal , Norway , France and Morocco are all on our radar . We have lived in Canterbury for 25 years and raised our four children here . Now we have more time to travel we are happy to offer our home to so you can enjoy the the historical city of Canterbury and the beautiful surrounding countryside and also the Kent coast which is nearby
