4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom modern Baja home in San Jose del Cabo designed by award-winning Vancouver architect, Javier Campos, and featured on the cover of Azure Magazine’s 10th Annual Houses Issue as well as in several other architectural publications and fashion campaigns.

Almost 6000 SF of indoor/outdoor living space, decorated to inspire the creative spirit. Each bedroom has its own entrance from the open-air hallways providing the ideal level of privacy from the common spaces.

The space
This villa was designed and built as my personal dream villa. I live in it part-time and only rent it occasionally and only to guests who demonstrate, through positive reviews or references, that they will treat it with the same care and respect that I do.

The interior elements have been carefully curated and sourced from many places around the world including not just Mexico, but Australia, Indonesia, Tunisia, Morocco, Spain, Lithuania, the US and other destinations.

* Master 1 has an incredibly comfortable KING Avocado brand organic latex mattress, organic cotton percale sheets and pillow-cases with goose down pillows, and organic linen coverlets as well as a large en suite bathroom with double sinks and open-sky shower
* Master 2 has a QUEEN-sized memory foam mattress with percale cotton sheets and pillow-cases, goose down pillows and luxury cotton coverlets as well as an en suite bathroom and open-sky shower
* Guest 1 has a QUEEN-sized memory foam mattress with percale cotton sheets and pillow-cases, goose down pillows and luxury cotton coverlets, a disconnected bathroom and open-sky shower
* Guest 2 has a QUEEN-sized traditional luxury mattress with percale cotton sheets and pillow-cases, goose down pillows and luxury cotton coverlets as well as an en suite bathroom
