We are centrally located just 5kms from Cromwell and 45min drive to Queenstown Airport, Arrowtown or Wanaka.

We are close to (500mts) from the new Lake Dunstan cycle trail which goes from Cromwell to Clyde, alongside the spectacular Lake Dunstan

Bannockburn Sluicing's: This vanished landscape is New Zealand’s own wild west: The Bannockburn Sluicing's are the scarred landscapes of a short-lived goldmining era.
A desert made by water, large scale water blasting left a landscape transformed by humankind’s pursuit of possibility.

We are just a few hundred metres from the newly opened Lake Dunstan cycle trail, which connects Cromwell to Clyde along the spectacular Lake Dunstan.

Visit the remains of the dams, water races, rock tailings and caves left untouched since the last of the goldminers. This spectacular man-made landscape that can be explored on foot or bike via various tracks.
Things to do in the area are many and varied:
Sample some of that famous Central Otago wine right here in Bannockburn at many of the wineries or take a tour on a wine trail.
There are eight fantastic walks in the Cromwell area. They’re a great free way of taking the scenery and seeing some relic of the gold mining history.
Gold panning, learn all about it and try your luck at striking gold yourself.
Jet Boating on Kawarau River.
Highlands Motorsport Park, hop into one of the supercars and experience true speed around their international standard race track. Or try the seriously fun go-kart track for yourself.
Take a photo with the giant fruit in Cromwell.
