20m2 sunny studio very close to the Republic Square on the 3rd floor, well equipped (washing machine), Internet (fiber), the nearest metro station is Goncourt. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all amenities, fully equipped kitchen, new shower. This studio has air conditioning mobile, the temperatures can be hight during summer in paris.

The space
studio 24m2 is the 3 rd floor, bright. Wifi is available throughout the apartment .The apartment is tastefully decorated, furniture, wooden floors and white walls, kitchen and bathroom which has a shower, very bright, very close to Oberkampf (nightlife ) and 10 minutes - walk - Republic of (nerve center), it is suitable for all those who love the real Paris (we are not far from Belleville and Canal StMartin). Just like a B & B, you have your apartment, plus an independence and a total immersion in the city. Bed linen, electricity and towels are included. The area is very lively with many restaurants, bars, theaters neighborhood . the neighborhood is not expensive compared to the rest of Paris and is very agrèable to live. There are many shops around the apartment that are open until late at night. You have a television, stereo, you have access to multiple channels of information on television in English: BBC News, Sky News, etc ...
A true 160-bed and a sofa that you can use as a bed. Apartment gay friendly-not children below 15 years...
the apartment has an air conditioner because some summers are hot in Paris.

the neighborhood is very mixed and vibrant merchant in perpetual renewal. This is not a tourist area but a district where Parisians come out quite young and "hip". There are many bars and restaurants. Provided the area is quiet. There are many shops to buy food and even an open twice a week near the studio market. The studio is 5 minutes walk from the Canal Saint Martin, which is wonderful place to walk and relax by the water.
A shopping, lively street or there are all kinds of shops: supermarket, bar, restaurant, walking fruit ...
You will be next to Place de la Republique and Canal Saint Martin. The area is lively but not noisy. You will find lots of places to buy food etc. Lots of nice cafés and restaurants along the canal saint martin (what is lovely during spring and summer).
