The space
Welcome to our cabin dream!

The house is timed out in the 19th century but was moved here in 1969. The cottage has its own swimming area on the plot, in Norrfjärden, the High Coast's most beautiful spring.

There are 3 bedrooms, divided over two floors. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The living room offers a woodstove and unparalleled views of the sea.

There is room for seven adults and one child in a crib.

Outside the cottage there is a large lawn for lots of fun and play or relaxation in the sun. There is garden furniture, a barbecue and a view of the sea that you can't get tired of!

Where you’ll be

Käxed, Västernorrlands län, Sweden

There is PLENTY to discover near the cottage.

Absolutely closest is Entrance South to Skuleskogens National Park. There are several hiking trails that can be explored for an hour or so up to a few days. There are, among other things, Slattdalskrevan, in addition to unparalleled views.

Nearby is also Europe's highest Via Ferrata to discover, with several levels of difficulty.

There are boat trips out to several islands that are nice to discover. E.g. Trysunda, Mjältön which is Sweden's highest island and Ulvön - known for its good surf streaming.

In addition, there is the Skule Nature Scene with a wide range of concerts, The Outdoor Village with the top cabin on Skuleberget where a waffle is a must after 2.5 km hike to the top with magical views, Naturum, Zip-line (again in use 2021) and endless trails to discover.

Nordingrå, Bönhamn and Norrfällsviken are a stone's throw away with super nice fishing camps and a good selection of restaurants with local produce.

In winter, you can most likely experience the northern lights just above the cabin. Get out on a ski tour directly on Norrfjärden, or in one of the prepared trails nearby. Also downhill skiing is nearby.

There are endless opportunities here!

Jag och hela vår familj älskar att resa och se nya platser. Det vill vi gärna hjälpa andra att också få göra. Därför har vi valt att hyra ut vår sommarstuga på Höga Kusten.
