A stone's throw from the Louis XIII bridge, which is crossed by the Ouvèze river, the Tanner neighbourhood is rich in history.
Mainly built in basalt stone, the facades reveal numerous black stones typical of the Ardéchoise house by the river.

The space
From the entrance the wooden beams give the tone and style of the house.
The first living room is the kitchen, sober and functional with its travertine stone sink and teak furniture, you can take your meals there on a round table.
A corridor leads to the bathroom, which is made up of a shower with a teak grating, a toilet and a sink called a so-called office stamp placed on a white marble slab.
The bedroom is made up of a white 140x190 sofa bed with colored cushions, an old wardrobe with wardrobe and storage column inside.
A lounge buffet, occupied by the television and a few books, a teak pyramid cabinet with coat racks made in a golf club. A small living room table in the center of the room resting on a coconut rug.
