With two spacious bedrooms and two full baths your group will have all the space you need in this private 1750sf home. The large wooded backyard is fenced in. We are located in Rock Hill convenient access to Charlotte via I-77, plenty of shopping and entertainment. We would love to have you as our special guests whether you are in the area for sporting events, Winthrop University, Carowinds, a wedding or just to visit family.
The space
We offer a fully stocked kitchen with wine and coffee as well as bathroom linens and products. The house has an abundance of natural light through it's many windows. Enjoy our oversized deck in our large fenced backyard. Access to the Olympic size community pool w/diving board. Our drive way is large enough to accommodate off road parking for all guests.
Guest access
Guests have the use of the entire house as well as the fire pit and grill in the fenced back yard. Upon request...guests can also be granted access to the community pool that is a very short walk from the property.
Other things to note
Relax, open the window blinds and let the natural beauty of the tree shaded backyard come into the house while there. Please make yourselves at home.

This house is in quiet neighborhood with old growth trees. The community Olympic size pool is the best in the area. You will be in easy walking distance from a splash in the water. Several coffee houses, a grocery store and a number of eateries are within a mile of this location. Easy access to I-77. Fantastic location!
