This is a private downstairs unit of a two-unit guesthouse. It is located on a private wooded lot off of E Bay Blvd. It includes views and access to East Bay. Since the property is on the water, you have access to the shared dock where you can fish, swim, or watch the beautiful sunsets. We are located minutes away from both Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.

*Due to hurricane Sally our dock was destroyed and no longer useable*

We are located about 10 miles (15 mins) from Navarre Beach and 17 miles (25 mins) from Pensacola Beach. The Gulf Breeze Zoo is located only 4 miles away and is a great place to visit. There is also quick access to a newly paved biking/walking path that runs parallel to E Bay Blvd.
