Quiet mountain bluff retreat; a peaceful place to escape & relax in nature. Close to hunting areas, fishing lakes & many outdoor experiences. This house is fully furnished & detached: central air, sun-room, washer/dryer, shower & complete kitchen. Private steel carport & parking for multiple vehicles. Fiber Optic / Ethernet / Wifi / HD smart tv. Queen memory foam bed & a full size futon (+ twin cot if needed). It has its own front & back yard with shared Gazebo. Coffee & basics provided
The space
This is a detached unit with a fully furnished kitchen & dinette, Ethernet / Fiber Optic / wifi, smart TV, shower, washer/dryer, AC/heat and sunroom for use all year.
Kitchen includes oven, 4 eye cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, choice of Keurig or coffee machine, & ample granite counter space with cabinets. Private steel carport & spacious parking for multiple vehicles. Shared Gazebo, front and back yard, with sidewalk access. Bluff view.
Guest access
Private driveway, carport, parking area and entrance.
You will have the complete Guest House and all doors have locks.
You are welcome to use the gazebo, the front yard, back yard and take a stroll on Blowing Cave road like the neighbors do!
Other things to note
Keel Mountain road, Hawk Eye and Blowing cave road have very little traffic, they are beautiful wooded mountain roads. Summers are usually cooler. The mountain will very rarely experience light snow in winter. It is mostly county road traffic, you may cross a few cars or the occasional school bus. Hampton Cove is about a 11 miles rural/low traffic and is a very pleasant wooded drive to the golf course and shopping area. Up to Huntsville city limits it is pretty much traffic free.
