Then, warm up in the living room next to the wood burning fireplace.
This spacious 2 bedroom cabin has a bonus sleeping loft on the second floor. The loft has a futon that turns into a queen bed. The kids love hanging out on the second floor to play games and watch movies.
The cabin is in a very quiet neighborhood about 7 miles away from Snow Summit and about 5 miles to the lake.

The space
Our newly remodeled mountain home is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the NATIONAL FOREST in Sugarloaf.
The cabin is about 5 miles from Big Bear Lake and about 8 miles from downtown Big Bear.
There is a fenced backyard with a spacious new redwood deck. You can grill up some food and enjoy a nice BBQ with friends and family.
Or if you want to cook your favorite dish, the kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, stove top and oven. It also has new cabinets, counter tops and appliances.
You can relax by the fireplace and pick from hundreds of movies on Netflix available to watch on a brand new TV.

There is a 240v outlet that was recently installed in our driveway.
This works for electric vehicles at an additional cost of $35 per vehicle.

$40 from the cleaning fee are allocated to service spa prior to every new guest. No food or drinks allowed in the Spa.
There will be an additional charge of $100 If it is trashed beyond chemical recovery.

Please note this listing only allows 3 vehicles
Cars will be towed at car owners expense. The city will fine for more than 3 cars in the driveway (1k-5k). No excessive noise allowed as they will also fine 1k-5k.
