Once you step into this house and see the lake, you will get a sense of relaxation with it's open patio, fire pit, and the view of Eagle Mountain Lake! My favorite spot is the deck where you can sit with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise. The patio is perfect for eating and drinking with your friends and family! What more can you ask for!

A public park is right next to the house where you can bring your boat down to the lake.

Other things to note
There is a boat launch pad right next door if you bring your boat.
