Make your next getaway in an old-school but updated midcentury beach cottage on the island of Sunset Beach. Located on the quieter back side of the island, with views of the bay and of Tubb's Inlet. Easy access to the beach walk (15 min.), bike or drive and park on the beach road. Fully updated kitchen, dining, living spaces and bath provide for a relaxing, low key stay. Front porch, downstairs area for lounging/grilling, outdoor shower, all on an oversized lot for a little extra elbow room.

Other things to note
Rents Saturday to Saturday for one or two week rentals during the summer months ( June 5-Aug.28). Otherwise, two or three night minimums, depending on the season.
