Peaceful, newly updated home, tucked away in the woods. Sleeps 10 (12 including pull out Queen sofa bed) and is conveniently located in gated Shanty Creek resort. Walking distance to professional golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, 5 minute drive to seasonal private beach club on Lake Bellaire, few minutes drive to skiing/snowboarding on Schuss Mountain, 5 minute drive to downtown Bellaire and Short’s, close to Torch Lake, Traverse City, Petoskey, Boyne, and Charlevoix.

The space
This home is perfect for multi-family or group stays. Having three levels, you can have several families stay at one time. Each family can have their own level so they can sleep separately and comfortably. The lower level has a master suite with a double vanity sink and a full bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The middle (main) level has a bedroom and a full bathroom. The middle level also has an open layout where the kitchen, dining area, and living room are connected, providing a spacious, open room for each family to convene and have a good time together. This chalet is your home away from home.

Home is nestled in the forest with very peaceful surroundings. Views are amazing from every window all seasons of the year. The large deck off of the main level has plenty of space to cook outside and have family meals.

This home is part of the Summit Village Beach Club, located on beautiful Lake Belliare, and is perfect for summer getaways. All renters have seasonal access to the beach club and all the amenities the club offers such as the kids playground, sand volleyball court, basketball court, gas grills, full kitchen, ping pong table, Foosball table, pickle ball, shuffle board, and beach toys. A two person kayak is available for our guests to use, from Memorial Day until Labor Day.

This home is also magical in the winter. Perfect for skiers and snowboarders at every experience level who don't want to deal with long drives to the mountains. In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Shanty Creek Resort also has tubing hills for the whole group to enjoy!

This home is located in the center of Shanty Creek Resort, just a few minutes away from professional golf courses and Schuss Mountain ski hill and is also close to Traverse City, wine tasting, Petoskey, Boyne City, Boyne Mountain, Charlevoix and Harbor Springs.

We have pet allergies. No pets allowed inside or outside the house.
