Spacious Family Friendly 5 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Home is located at the gateway to Gawler & Barossa but is only 30min to the CBD. $250 for 4 guests includes, Breakfast Provisions bacon, eggs, cereal, freshly baked bread, milk, OJ, etc included at no extra cost. Within 5 min to Munno Para shopping city & 5 min to Blakescrossing shops parks & playground. Children are very welcome & well catered for with the games room. Undercover BBQ area with easy use Electric BBQ & Webber. Linear park 200mt away

The space
Welcome to our house we endeavour to provide quality affordable Air BnB accommodation. Although the house is perfect for a large family or 2, it's also good for couples & friends & Working groups.
LOUNGE ROOM has a large TV on a buffet unit where you will find some books & a set of cards it has a split system air-con for heating & a ducted air conditioner for cooling, a comfy 3 lounge chairs & 3 seater lounge & 3 recliner chairs. There is a door leading out into the carport, laundry & games room
At the other end of this room is a Breakfast table that seats 4-6 guests there is a second microwave situated on the bench in this area
KITCHEN is newly renovated with a 900mm multifunction oven with a 5 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, convection microwave, chopping block and a large fridge with cold water & ice dispenser this is where you will find you complimentary bottles of wine, there are 2 coffee machines a pod & a filter an electric kettle all the basic cooking needs & plenty of cutlery & crockery
BUTLERS PANTRY This is where the second fridge is where you will find bacon eggs etc, along with all the small appliances ( air fryer toasters, electric frypan, etc ) along with storage containers & breakfast provisions & the bread machine with hot bread ready at check-in
MAIN DINING We have a large dining table that will seat 10 guests in comfy chairs & a TV with a built-in DVD player, double glass doors open off the dining into the back garden that has a large pergola with a large table that seats a least 10, people
But if you prefer outdoor dining there is a large table & 10 chairs under the pergola with an undercover BBQ area With an Electric easy to use BBQ
BEDROOM 1 has a Queen bed & a built-in wardrobe bedside tables & a reading chair.
BEDROOM 2 Sleeps 3 in a single bed and a set of single bunk beds it also has 2 wardrobes
BEDROOM 3 will sleep 2 in bunk beds with a built-in wardrobe and a reading chair.
BATHROOM 1 has a walk-in shower and a bathtub A vanity unit. There is a separate toilet next door to the bathroom
BEDROOM 4 Sleeps 3 in bunk beds & a single bed this room also has a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 5 Sleeps 2 in a double bed there is hanging shelves+ rails & a large tallboy along with a reading chair.
A Porta Cot & High Chair are available on request
Bathroom 2 also has a walk-in shower with a Monsoon rain shower, vanity, toilet, shaving cabinet, the vanity is where you will find the First Aid kit. Fresh Line dried linen & towels are provided for you.
LAUNDRY is just outside under the carport it has 2 fully automatic washing machines 1-6.5kg 1-10kg enough to cope with a full house the fold down washing line is under the carport so will dry in any weather
GAMES ROOM has a Billiard Table table darts a few chairs & fan, radio.
with table tennis under the carport.
CARPORT can easily fit 2 cars behind the remote-controlled roller door & there is a second driveway at the other side of the front garden for parking large vehicles or vans
ACCESS to the house is by a key safe located on the wall next to the roller door where you will find the remote & key to the front door, the code to open the key safe is supplied when booking

The surrounding suburbs are quite recently built with 3 shopping centres within a few minutes of the Munno Para house. Munno Para Shopping City is a large shopping centre, Blakes Crossing Village Centre has a supper market chemist and specialty shops Playford Alive is a med size centre with many restaurants & takeaways All are reasonably close approx 1 Km to all of them.

Retired couple , with 3 children and 15 grandchildren we live 6 km away from the houses on a 5 acre block we have been here for 30 years , when our kids were little they rode there mini bikes around it but now we just grow trees and run a few chickens. As i said we are only 6 km away so can be there to help in 5 mins
