Downtown home is ONE BLOCK from Mayo Clinic. One level 2 bedroom / 1 bath layout. The house is a 5 minute walk to The Brewing Project and Lazy Monk Brewing. Also minutes away from restaurants, bars, and movie theatre.
The home is a ½ block from the Chippewa River State Trail, which is a 26-mile urban-rural rail trail. The trail connect you to Phoenix Park and the new Pablo Center!
The house is situated on a corner lot with plenty of off street parking, along with a driveway and carport.
