- NO pets, sorry. But we sometimes have other four legged friends visiting the property, such as deer and red squirrels.
- Max 2x adults only, no additional guests, no children.

- Your and our health are of paramount importance. The Lodge is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between guests following Airbnb's enhanced cleaning guidelines. Self check-in option.

Location:
- The Lodge is the nearest accommodation to the Ben Lawers car park (just 5 mins drive). Perfect for Beinn Ghlas and the Tarmachan Ridge too.
- Loch Tay can be accessed from various nearby locations, perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing etc.
- A short 7 mins drive along Loch Tay to Killin (nearest supermarket and pubs), 18 mins picturesque drive to Kenmore.
- Rural location, perfect for local outdoor activities and nature or just chill and relax.
- Just an hour drive west to Glencoe and an hour drive east and you're in Pitlochry.
- Good access no matter the time of year (just off the A827). The road is treated and kept clear all winter.
- Bordered by two private estates and the Ben Lawers National Nature Reserve.
- Our home is next door, handy if you need any help.
