This home is currently under renovation. No work will be done while guests are here. The bedrooms are completely renovated with exception of new flooring and are as pictured. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen is as pictured and still in need of a facelift but has a working refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop, and coffee pot. No oven yet.The lower level is off limits to children as construction is underway & may be unsafe.There is a large pond behind the home known to have fish.

This is such a unique house. It is less than 8 miles from Bryant Denny stadium & 3 miles from Shelton State College. Close to Publix grocery store & many restaurants. Moundville is just a short drive.
