Our cabin in the treetops is the perfect place to rest, work remotely, or use as a basecamp for exploring the surrounding area. Our aesthetic is modern eclectic. We do our best to use only chemical/cruelty free products that are ethically and sustainably sourced. The cabin has many modern conveniences including an eco-friendly hot tub with epic views, high speed internet and chromecast for streaming your connected devices. Hot tub is available year round. Pellet stove is available Oct-March.

The space
**NOTE: Hottub is available year round. Pellet stove is maintained and pellets are stocked Oct 1 - Mar 15 **

**NOTE: We are pet friendly with no pet fees but to be fair to our cleaning company and also guests who have allergies, if there is evidence of your pet being on the bedding or furniture you may be charged an additional cleaning fee up to $150.

**NOTE: We can't provide discounts for weather related events but we have a flexible cancellation policy. In case of winter weather, please check the weather before your trip and decide what you would like to do. The roads are plowed in the winter time but we recommend using an All Wheel Drive vehicle between the months of November - Early March and following all local weather warnings and guidelines.

**NOTE: in the event of a maintenance issue or cleaning related request we can offer a complimentary cleaning (or repair) within 24 hours or a 20% discount off of your stay which will be your choice. Please notify us immediately of any maintenance related concerns so we can keep the cabin in safe and comfortable condition for all the guests.

Both the upper deck where the hot tub is and the lower deck have reaching views of the valley and woods. All of the bedding in the cabin is hypoallergenic and carefully sanitized. We provide Renpure products in the bathroom and use chemical free cleaning supplies. The cabin is professionally cleaned after each guest. On the walls you'll see artwork from each National Park we have visited including nearby Shenandoah National Park. We are well stocked with indoor and outdoor cozy blankets, coffee and tea, and all kitchen necessities for enjoying a delicious meal and watching the stars come out. In the front is a seating area and small garden which is great for enjoying a glass of wine. For crisp and cool days there is a clay oven that can be used for warmth or to cook outside.

Our cabin is in an HOA community with other cabins. The roads are maintained by the HOA. It is a very calm and peaceful area. Please drive slowly through the neighborhood and keep an eye out for deer, chickens, goats, and children.

We are a family of 3 + our beloved dogs, Fern and Yuki. My life partner is from Asia and I am from Papua New Guinea and destiny allowed us to meet in the great state of Arizona. We have traveled all over the country exploring and spreading love as best we can. We are both engineers best described as "hippie nerds." It has been a dream of ours to own some family cabins in our favorite parts of Virginia and West Virginia where we are based out of. There are many things we love about the Shenandoah Valley but mostly we feel peaceful there and find that time seems slower and we are able to be present in the moment and make lasting memories. We enjoy hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, kayaking and traveling to National Parks in our camper van. If you choose to spend some time in the area, I hope you come to love it as much as we do.
