The space
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto an entertainers deck, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is spacious and light, with every amenity you need. The lounge room features a 55” wall mounted TV with Apple TV and full access to wifi. The lounge room also has an indoor dog kennel discretely located within the TV cabinet so your pets feel right at home. A full laundry is available with washing machine, dryer and clothes line. Large fully fenced yard for your enjoyment.
Fully air conditioned with a king bed in the main bedroom and queen bed in the second bedroom, this house is built for summer comfort. Your modern en-suite comes complete with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The main bathroom features a walk in shower and bath tub. Perfect for families or couples and only minutes away from the trendy hub of palm beach.
Guest access
You will have full run of the house except for the garage and one bedroom.
Other things to note
The couch folds out into an additional queen size bed. The house is dog friendly, provided your dog sleeps in the indoor kennel provided, and all dog waste is removed from the yard when you leave. A kids play corner can be left set up on request. His and hers beach cruisers are available to loan.
The kitchen is equipped with an espresso machine and dishwasher.
If you are a small family with a child under 2, you are most welcome to stay but please bring your own portacot and bedding.
