We have a full time year round staff of over 50 people including reservationists, inspectors, maintenance workers, housekeepers, managers, spa servicers, snow plowers, and every department covered so you can enjoy your vacation. We want our guests to always remember the time they came to Big Bear, with a friend or with the family, stayed in an awesome cabin, the times they went skiing, the times Grandpa took them fishing and so on and so forth. If we can give that to you, or be a part of it in a small way and do it at a reasonable price, that's all we want. Many of our homes, employees, affiliates, and guests have been with us since the beginning and have become the very foundation upon which we stand today. We are well known, trusted, and established in the community. We are constantly looking for new ways to improve and grow as a company. Our plan for the future is as simple as that. Escape to beautiful Big Bear with mild summer temperatures and snowy winters. Big Bear Lake is a year round resort with a beautiful lake for boating and fishing, the best slopes in southern California for skiing and snowboarding, the National Forest for hiking, biking, and horseback riding, a quaint Village full of shops and restaurants, golf, animal park and much, much more. Located just a couple of hours from Los Angeles and Orange County and about three hours from San Diego or Las Vegas. Big Bear Lake, Southern California is the perfect vacation destination. Pet friendly cabins are available, however, not all of the cabins are pet friendly! 3 or 4 Night minimum on some Holiday stays. 2 Night minimum on peak season weekend stays.
