The Garden Studio is a stylish, spacious, self contained getaway cabin with its own entrance and terrace with elevated views over beautiful gardens and the River Test on the edge of Watership Down.

It's set in a conservation area, with wonderful wildlife walks on its doorstep along the river, into the nearby village of Overton or towards the Harrow Way and the downs. The station is within easy walking distance; there's also space to park a car. The perfect place to relax and recharge.

The space
Furnished in vibrant kingfisher colours, this beautiful and idyllic studio offers peaceful, high quality accommodation including a comfortable 4’6” double bed, a welcoming living area, a separate en-suite shower room and fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, grill and integrated fridge freezer.

Designed for relaxing and escaping to the country, the studio includes two sofas for cuddling up in front of complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and freeview TV, a large dining table which doubles as a desk, a well-lit cosy reading chair, free wifi and plenty of storage.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking simple meals and includes full coffee making facilities (moka pot, cafetière, milk frother), teapot, kettle and toaster plus breakfast bar with stools.

The separate en-suite shower room includes a walk in shower and heated towel rail.

Luxury white 100% cotton bed linen, fluffy towels as well as cleaning products and fresh flowers from the garden are all provided for your stay, along with a complimentary local aperitif.

The terrace with outdoor furniture is perfect for al fresco drinks to admire the glorious views across the garden and Test valley, spot wildfowl fly over the river and enjoy the evening sunset.
