Welcome to Birmingham! Our home is located near I-65. 10 minutes from the heart of downtown but tucked away in the quiet neighborhood that is Bluff Park. Complete privacy in this 700 sq ft basement. Perfect for couples, out-of-town guests, traveling professionals and small families. This space is not shared and has its own entrance and parking spot. Fully equipped with washer and dryer, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, Keurig, TV, wifi, and much more listed below.

Our space features an open concept with a Birmingham theme to it. The kitchenette area offers a bar top area with barstools. This area is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster oven, microwave, plug-in stove top, and a keurig fully stocked with k-cups. The main area offers many seating options with a couch that has a pull out sleeper for 2 guests. This area has a desk as well. The bathroom and shower were recently updated and will always come with freshly cleaned towels, soap, conditioner and shampoo. The bedroom has a large dresser and a closet for your use.
