Freshly renovated in the heart of Byron Bay! Enjoy open plan living with an integrated kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. The main living area opens up to an expansive wrap around verandah ideal for entertaining or just relaxing in an airy treehouse vibe. Rafters feature ducted air-conditioning throughout the upper level. Downstairs a well appointed media room is tucked away. Comprising of its own amenities, perfect for a kids retreat or a lazy afternoon after a morning at the beach.

The space
The integrated kitchen/living creates a relaxed atmosphere. Expansive decks wrap around both the kitchen and living room, with bi-fold doors connecting the areas beautifully. The oversized master bedroom incorporates another TV/living area as well as an outdoor patio area and walk through ensuite to a private outdoor clawfoot bathtub. Bedroom 2 features an additional entrance from the deck area, with the 3rd bedroom containing its own private screened deck. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The property is fully fenced and secure. There is an electric vehicle gate containing double undercover car accommodation. On street parking is welcome as well.

Pets are welcome upon enquiry. The property is again secure for pets and may roam around the yard without wondering astray.

There is a seperate detached studio on the property, which is sometimes occupied. The studio has a separate entrance from the street and is designed to be fully private and therefore won’t impede your experience at all.

Entertainment wise, Rafters comprises of multiple zones for guests to relax or entertain. A large emphasis on privacy is held throughout. All bedrooms feature tinted windows and privacy curtains. Clever garden design also screens the street and the high set nature of the home gives a feeling of being amongst the treetops. Rafters caters for a great stay in Byron Bay.
