The apartment is located ten minutes' walk from the city centre in a quiet area. The tram stop (La Trinidad) is fifteen minutes walk from the house and the bus stop is 3 minutes walk away. The motorway is only 3 minutes drive away. The North Airport is only 2.5 Km away but there is no noise from the airplanes!

The room is an interior bedroom, it means that it will receive natural light through windows on the corridor. There is a window in the bedroom but it views an internal utility area.

The space
The apartment is spacious and is comprised of a lounge, furnished kitchen, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms: two singles and one double. The house is quite old and the furniture a little bit outdated but everything works and clean. All rooms have wardrobes and desks. WiFi is available in any room.

La Laguna is an incredibly beautiful town with lots of character and stunning architecture. La Laguna was the first town of the Canary islands to have a University at which the famous Cezar Manrique studied architecture, and his designs are followed throughout the islands. La Laguna has a historical centre full of character and is undoubtedly the cultural hub of the archipelago. If you want to relax and enjoy nice strolls surrounded by beautiful buildings ranging from Neoclassical to Gothic Renaissance and Colonial style with a real sense of Canarian way of life, this is the right town for you. Canarians are very hospitable and friendly.
Declared as a UNESCO heritage site for its beauty and cultural importance, the town offers a relaxed atmosphere as well as a vibrant night life with bars, cafes, restaurants, an Opera House (Teatro Leal) and plenty of places to listen to music till dawn.
The “Teresitas” and “Gaviotas” beaches are only twenty minutes away by car and well connected through public transport. The lovely capital Santa Cruz is very close and the breath-taking “Anaga Rural Park”, an ancient laurel woodland, stretches across the whole of the north of the island. They are both only fifteen minutes away by car or public transport. The majestic volcano, Mount Teide, is only a one-hour journey by car and also reachable through public transport and has a stunning lunar landscape. These are only a few of the hundreds of beautiful places to explore on Tenerife by car, motorbike, bicycle or public transport and it is a paradise for hikers.
