This tranquil villa is located on a 38 acre coffee estate. The villa has 3 large bedrooms and a beautiful sit out area with a spectacular view of the coffee estate. With a pool, cycles, lots of board games and a great estate walk you will always have lots to do. The estate is bordered on one side by an temple forest.

For those of you who must work, we have Wifi. Visit us and enjoy the famous Kodava hospitality.
