Come enjoy this 750 SF 2BR/1BA, 1st fl apartment in a 2 unit house w/ private back yard and central air. This apt is pet friendly, professionally cleaned between each guest, and all linens are bleached for cleanliness. Prior guests have told me this space is very private, quiet, and peaceful even though it’s less than 5 minutes to downtown Buffalo. Satisfied guests have utilized this space for everything from weekend getaways to several month long stays.

The space
Sizable apartment for 1-4 guests, I have had many satisfied guests stay as short as a weekend or as long as several months. Set back from the street this apartment offers a lot of privacy and quiet. Although there’s street parking only, there is plenty of it available and it’s free. The apartment comes with towels, shampoo, body wash, kitchen essentials, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and many other essentials. Per my reviews I’m a very responsive and accommodating host so if there’s any questions about what the unit has or if anything special is requested I’m usually more than happy to go out of my way to make sure your group has everything they need to make your trip A+

Front park is 3 blocks away and offers awesome Lake Erie sunset views. There’s a 7-11 a block away for convenience and Tops Market is less than a half mile away for all your grocery needs. Access to the 190 and the peace bridge is 5 blocks away. Tons of restaurants within a mile radius and downtown Buffalo is a 3 minute drive away. Elmwood village and all it has to offer is a few minute drive away as is North Buffalo and all it has to offer. Prior guests have told me to emphasize how bicycle friendly this area is. Lots of bike lanes and so much to check out within a bikeable radius.
