Bookings that are disrupted/cancelled as a result of Government imposed restrictions due to the Covid 19 pandemic will be fully refunded up to 24 hours prior to the check in time of 2pm. Other cancellation criteria applies as outlined in the policy & rules section.

Equally important is, we respect your rights and do not discriminate regarding vacination status and continue to protect guests whilst adhering to the strick cleaning protocols we have in place.

The space
Important information:

Breathe is not suitable for those with mobility issues or use a wheel chair or walking frame.

Breathe has a kitchenette with kitchen sink, dishwasher, electric frypan, microwave, twin bench top hot plates, jug, toaster, crockery, microwave dishes, cutlery, pots, frypan, cups, glasses, utensils and storage containers, there is no oven. There is a Chargrill Gas BBQ for guests to cook on.

Our guests enjoy beautiful drinking, showering and bath water via a 5 stage water filtration system that removes chlorine, metals, insecticides, pesticides, nitrates and more.

The bathroom is modern and spacious, incorporating a large walk-in tiled mains pressure shower, with the choice of a standard rose or rain head for an awesome showering experience. A large vanity, with plenty of storage, large mirror with cabinet and a luxury double spa bath complete the picture.

The queen bedroom is sunny and warm fitted out with a lovely comfortable queen bed and unique décor. The second bedroom hosts 2 comfortable king single beds and toys for the children.

Dimmable lights set the mood in the living area and both of the bedrooms.

Guests have access to fast Wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, Netflix & YouTube. Please note there are no sky or freeview channels available.

A recylning modern and really comfortable 3 seater couch and matching reclyning arm chair reside in the modern living area of Breathe.

Breathe is setup with a dedicated area for working from home with a desk suitable for a laptop, screen & keyboard or iPad, making this the ideal place for travelling and working away for longer periods of time.

For guests comfort during the cooler months, Breathe is centrally heated with vents situated at each end of the living room that heat the entire space.

Guests are welcome to use our garden out the back, which is setup with a table and four chairs.

For those of you keen on bird watching, you'll be delighted to know the world acclaimed Manawatu Estuary is a 3 - 4 minute walk away. Such a peaceful spot to visit with it's ever changing views and different migratory birds.

Please note there is no parking onsite at Breathe, but plenty of parking across the road or down the road.

Walking & bike riding are popular at the beach due to it being very flat and easy to navigate the area. There are a number of tracks and walkways to explore in close proximity to Breathe.

Access to the Manawatu Estuary is a mere 3 minutes walk from Breathe. Once on the Estuary guests can select to walk right around the river mouth to the beach or left along the estuary, taking in the local bird life to the wharf & boat club.

Gary & I relocated to Foxton Beach in 2013 after frequently visiting and staying in the local holiday homes here. We fell in love with the beauty of the place and so much in unique ways on offer.
