Our three year old house in Timsfield with its high quality finish is comfortable and easy to live in all year round.
Only a 5-10 minute walk to the cafe / shop and the pub, and 15 minutes to the lake front it’s the perfect spot for friends and families alike.
In the winter we are about a 45 minute drive to either Cardrona or 50 minutes to Treble Cone.
With two heat pumps and a wood burner you will be toasty in the winter - and the heat pump can double as air con in the hot summer months.

The space
You will have full access to the house, with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms and extra space for the kids.
Whether you are coming for a summer get away or winter ski trip, you will enjoy the close proximity of the shop / cafe and the local pub. There are also a number of walks and cycle trails nearby, for either families or the more adventurous.
The house is well appointed, with fresh decor and fully tiled bathrooms (one ensuite). There is also a bath to ease the muscles after a day skiing or waterskiing.
Port a cot available for infants.
You are only a 10 minute drive to nearby Wanaka or Luggate, and 30 minutes from Cromwell.
Pets generally welcome, but please discuss with us first.

Timsfield is a quiet subdivision, just behind Lake Hawea township. The house is situated at the foot of a path that connects Timsfield with Hawea, so it’s a quick walk up the hill to the shop/cafe and pub, as well as the beautiful lake Hawea.
There are also other amenities available, including tennis courts, playground, bowling club and library.
Nearby are some easy - intermediate cycle trails, including the 8km ride to Albert Town, along the river track.
