This Airbnb has just been freshly painted and new carpeting installed. This is great for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 small children (smaller water heater). ONLY 1 small dog is allowed. This area is very quiet. This studio apt. is located 1 block from the Historic Plaza Hotel here in Las Vegas, NM. Old town shopping area around the park with plenty of places to eat and shop. Also within walking distance to the movie theater. The patio is great for your grilling and dinning pleasure.

This space is a guest house, studio apartment. Great for traveling with children. Usually 2 adults for the 1 queen bed and the couch is a trundle bed with 2 twin size beds for children. 4 adults would be too many, because of the water heater.

Quite neighborhood. Police station and Fire dept. are 1 block away. Old town plaza park, great for picnics with kids, shopping. Ice Cream place, movie theater. For some reason this keeps saying no parking on the property, but there is parking just right outside the door.
