We invite you in our new studio in Tudor Vladimirescu area near Iulius Mall (3 mins walking) and Palas Complex (15 mins walking). It is situated in a new building close to the main bus station, supermarkets and shops. In front of the building you will find free parking.

The apartament is specially designed, very modern. Everything is new so it gives the real sensation of luxury and coziness. We want to give you the best experience in our hometown!

The space
Modern, stylish, fully equipped one bedroom apartment in our beloved city of Iasi. Centrally located apartment with a contemporary design.
There are various shops and grocery stores at a sight distance around the apartment.

The studio has one large bedroom with comfortable Queen-size bed, a large smart-TV, various shelves and closets with hangers to store clothes and other personal belongings, opaque curtains for real privacy feeling.

A sunny small balcony is also available with an impressive view over the city. It's the only place where guest are allow to smoke.
You can enjoy also some impressive sunsets.

The residential complex has a children-area and outside a special place for sports. Also, you can run in the morning on the running-track on Bahlui river situated right in front of the complex (Splai Bahlui).

Fantastic location both in summer and winter, it’s the perfect stay for shopping, city wandering or practicing sports. Nearby the guest can find supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Carrefour), various shops, gym, spa, Iulius Mall and Palas Mall, it's also the fresh and effervescent yet quiet area of Iasi (campus Tudor Vladimirescu, near various faculties of University ,,Gh.Asachi,, and much more).

The property has parking place for visitors, surveilled by the guardian of the complex.
