Charming freshly renovated two bedroom cottage centrally located on a street between the Cooma Hospital and the Cooma RSL Club. The new rear deck features a BBQ and outdoor setting and opens into the living area. New kitchen and dining area with dishwasher and essentials. Heating and cooling is very well catered for with ducted gas heating throughout the house and both bedrooms have air conditioners for cooling. Laundry in the external garage where there is plenty of storage room.

The space
Both bedrooms feature queen beds (firm mattresses with toppers) and electric blankets. The toilet is located in the new bathroom which features a shower with no step.

I love living in Cooma and am so keen to add to memories of your stay here by providing accommodation with everything you may need to be comfortable and relaxed. This includes bed linen and towels, local eggs and breakfast options including milk and OJ, wifi, quality heating and cooling and some reading materials.

I love bushwalking with my dogs and husband or kids when they can be dragged along, there are some great hidden gems of bushwalks around Cooma that i can share directions to and have made a basic map of for you to explore!
