And only 30 seconds stroll across the sand dunes onto Paraparaumu Beach with no roads to cross.

The space
The self contained cottage has been purpose designed and build for use as a guest house.

There are 2 large bedrooms, both with ensuites. The beds are super king size that can be split into 2 singles if required.

Spacious open plan lounge dining kitchen and patio.

There is parking onsite for two guest vehicles and a storage unit for your push bikes or golf clubs.

There is a laundry with washer, dryer, and tub.

Full kitchen with gas oven and hobs, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer.

There is also a portable gas cooker BBQ that can be used on the deck outside.

The cottage is double glazed and double insulated with air conditioning and has double doors opening onto a deck.

There are no views from the Cottage but Paraparaumu Beach is only a 30 seconds walk across the sand dunes with no roads to cross.

Paraparaumu Beach Village has a diverse range of cafes and restaurants all within a few minutes walk of the Cottage. Thai, Chinese, Mexican, fish shops, and bakeries.

There is a great local butcher, fish and chip shops, bakeries, dairy’s, and a 4 square supermarket. A larger New World supermarket is 3 minutes drive.

Most Saturday’s the Village Main Street is blocked off to vehicles for “Market Day” where farmers and gardeners bring their fresh produce to sell.

Paraparaumu Golf Club is just across the road, Southwards Car Museum 5 km away is the largest undercover in the Southern Hemisphere and is well worth a visit.

There are numerous walking, tramping and biking trails and hire bikes and bikes can be hired and delivered to your door.
