Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Lovely Victorian home located in the heart of Kingston's Historical Stockade District. Walking distance to all necessities, this wonderful apartment sleeps four with one full bathroom and kitchen. There is a Master Bedroom with a king size bed as well as a pull out futon couch and a queen size sleeper bed available in the living room, with a room divider for privacy. Hot tub on the back porch with full privacy, and a nice patio yard for outdoor dining.

The space
This space is newly renovated with large south facing windows with bright sunlight pouring in all day long. The layout includes a spacious living space, a full dinning room with dining table and dish wear, adorable and functional kitchen with stove and dishwasher, full bathroom with tub and shower head, and a hot tub on the back porch that over looks the back patio and yard.

While the space is ideal for a quite getaway, it is also perfect for a small group to gather and use as a hub for exploring Hudson Valley. The space is not ideal for children as there are no safety measures set up, i.e. outlet covers and such. Downtown is just a stones throw away and the bus depot is an easy 7 minute walk so if you don't have a car, that won't be a problem.

Where you’ll be

Kingston, New York, United States

When we say 'heart' of Stockade District of Kingston, we are not exaggerating. The space is walking distance to everything you would need, be it groceries, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and fun local shopping.

The farmers market happens every Saturday in the neighboring municipal parking lot across the street from Rough Draft (an excellent bookstore slash bar slash coffeeshop right down the street on Crown).

A few local places walking distance that we recommend checking out:

Diego's - excellent Tacos for pick up

Santa Fe Uptown - high end Mexican food

Lola's - excellent outdoor seating (with heating) restaurant serving pizza and Italian.

Rough Draft - Beer, books, and brewed coffee (the Thai chicken pot pie is delicious)

Deising's Bakery - for your standard fare and delicious pastries

Stockade - cocktail bar

Lovefield Vintage - nicely curated clothing shop
