Cosy 3 bedroom split level cottage, which you will have entirely to yourselves. The cottage is homely and comfortable in park-like surrounds, two minutes walk to lake and five minutes walk to town centre.
Strictly max 5 guests.
Complimentary wi-fi, tv, heat pump in kitchen/lounge, heaters in bedrooms, 5 mins to launderette, no laundry onsite. Full eat-in kitchen including gas range and various appliances. Large yard.
Hosts live locally & are available should you require info or assistance.

The space
Comfortable private cottage on residential property.
We pride ourselves on supplying a warm and comfortable homely feel. Our cottage has three comfortable bedrooms and sunny lounge all leading off a fully equipped central kitchen.
We do our best to have all cotton linen, feather and down duvets, lots of pillows, towels and face cloths and Ecostore bathroom products.

The lounge has a box full of games for guests to enjoy, and a picnic table in the sunny backyard is a great spot for lunch or coffee!

At this stage we do not have laundry facilities on-site (we are working on it), but there is a great laundromat in central Te Anau.

We have owned the cottage for a few years and always run it as an Airbnb, with Anna has co-host. Due to a change in management we started a new listing in March 2021 but continue with our very high standard of hosting.

Our cottage in located in a quiet neighborhood, on a quiet road with a central park. We are a very short walk from Lake Te Anau and the Town Centre.

We are a family who live in the beautiful Te Anau basin in Southland. We love sharing our wee rental cottage with travelers and enjoy holidays all around New Zealand.
