The Destin Doublemint, a bright and airy one-bedroom cottage, is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway. It's less than a minute to the sand, making it easy to pop back over for ice cream or popsicles, a dip in the pool or to watch a movie in the AC before walking back over for sunset.

The space
During summer, this is a Saturday-to-Saturday rental. Some weeks, like April 16-23 is available to rent at a 3-day minimum.

All the modern conveniences and comforts of a fully stocked home with the fun and charm of a vibrant Florida beach house.

The space is equipped with high-speed WiFi, as well as USB plugs by every bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with coffeemaker, blender, toaster, stemless wine glasses, knives, cutting boards and everything necessary to whip up meals in the one-wall kitchen.

You will have the entire downstairs unit to yourself. Includes access to the private patio and grassy yard.

Upstairs unit with its own private entrance rents separately (through same host). You are welcome to message host to find out more.

Note that laundry is near the pool; it is a shared laundry facility for the HOA community. Cost is $2 per wash load and $1.75 per dryer load. Credit card only. Only one detergent pod provided by host.

Crystal Beach is known as the best stretch of Destin's white-sand coast. This area is safe and family friendly. The area's many well lit sidewalks, including the main path along Scenic 98A, are great for walking, jogging, rollerblading, pushing a stroller or riding a bike. You can also rent golf carts for a low-key way to get around the neighborhood.

NOTE: This property is in a heavily monitored HOA that DOES NOT ALLOW DOGS. A handful of guests have snuck dogs in and have been asked to leave by the HOA. We cannot provide refunds for guests who (knowingly or unknowingly) break this HOA rule.
