A fully private one bedroom flat is available close to the Waikato River and about 15mins from Hamilton central or five from Chartwell. The flat is downstairs to the main house and is semi-independent and private. It has a free carparking available for one vehicle and a shared entrance to the flat. Free WiFi access plus freeview and Netflix TV are available. There are facilities within the flat for making tea or coffee and light meals (microwave, toaster, fridge and hotwater jug).

The space
The flat has a garden and gully outlook and guests are free to enjoy the whole property including the gully walks. A small saltwater pool is also available in summer for guests .
