The space
200 sqft RV space with queen size bed, TV, kitchen, inside and outside shower, 2 bathrooms, and dining area. Separate very quiet office with door and 80 MB high-speed internet. The space is ideal for a couple with up to two children up to 13 years old. Our 2,000 square feet of paved lot gives you plenty of room for outdoor activities. We have badminton rackets and other sports equipment available at our place.

This is a brand new, very functional camper. This 20-foot RV is very clean and has everything you will find in a regular home, however, it is not like a typical residence. Things are smaller than in a house and everything is more simple. If you are not familiar or comfortable with RV living, please consider our other listings. The main reason you would stay in an RV is the unique experience. Children will very likely enjoy the cozy bunk beds and the alternative lifestyle.

It is no problem to stay comfortably in this RV for several weeks or even months. But it should definitely be a temporary situation since there is not a lot of room to move around. There can be some road noise from an arteria road about 100 yards away during rush hours. We have now added a 220 V line to the camper, so you can run the AC, heating, and hairdryer without a problem.

This place is perfectly located between a large residential area and a shopping area, both within 10 walking minutes. However, neither the residential neighborhood nor the shopping area is visible or noticeable from this place since a small forest separates this place.
